Freelance Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

Mindrift is seeking a versatile freelance Graphic Designer to support the Tendem AI project. The role is remote and part‑time, focusing on creating high‑quality visual assets such as layouts, infographics, social‑media templates and one‑pagers for real‑world marketing use.

Key responsibilities

• Design clean, modern layouts and infographics that communicate information clearly.
• Create reusable, engaging templates for various social‑media channels.
• Develop polished one‑page marketing collateral using advanced typography and grid systems.
• Ensure visual consistency by verifying alignment, colour usage and layout standards before delivery.
• Transform raw data and concepts into professional visual assets tailored to specific communication goals.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional graphic or visual communication experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social‑media graphics, marketing collateral and one‑pagers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field (optional).
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Self‑directed work ethic with ability to manage multiple visual tasks independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience using Figma for digital template design.
• Expertise in layout, typography and grid‑based composition.
• Ability to create modern infographics and social‑media graphics.
