Tender Manager – Building Management Systems (BMS)

About the role

As a Tender Manager for Building Management Systems (BMS) you will join the Nordic Tender Team within Digital Energy, based in Finland and serving the whole Nordic region. You will lead tender activities for BMS projects, delivering high‑quality technical and commercial proposals that meet customer needs, Schneider Electric standards and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate tenders end‑to‑end, ensuring compliance with governance, quality and ethical standards.
• Analyse tender documentation, technical specifications and commercial conditions.
• Collaborate with Nordic colleagues, local stakeholders, customers and partners.
• Prepare accurate cost calculations, pricing and high‑quality proposal documentation.
• Identify and manage technical and commercial risks throughout the tender process.
• Support follow‑ups, internal reviews, approvals and negotiations when required.

Required profile

• Solid technical foundation in engineering, automation or building‑related technologies.
• Structured and reliable working style, especially when managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong understanding of building projects and integrated BMS solutions such as HVAC, lighting control and energy management.
• Confidence working in a Nordic, cross‑border environment while remaining locally anchored.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish knowledge is an advantage.
