Senior Software Engineer – Client SDK for Supercell ID

About the role

Supercell is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Supercell ID product team. You will own the client SDK that runs inside every Supercell game, delivering player‑facing account experiences across iOS, Android and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build and ship the Supercell ID client SDK for iOS, Android and other platforms.
• Develop player‑facing account experiences embedded in games, balancing usability, safety and platform constraints.
• Lead implementation efforts with product managers, designers, analysts, game teams and legal teams from idea to market.
• Shape product direction using data, feedback and firsthand experience.
• Work directly with game teams to ensure smooth integration and keep the SDK footprint small.
• Participate in client support rotation to address integration issues and production problems.

Required skills

• Experience building consumer‑facing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android using Swift, Kotlin, C++ or Flutter/Dart.
• Understanding of platform constraints, application lifecycles and performance diagnostics.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar parts of the stack and work on any part of the system.
• Comfort using modern development tools, including AI coding agents.
• Nice to have: experience shipping web‑based user experiences and embedding them in native apps.
• Nice to have: experience building SDKs, libraries or components used across multiple applications.
• Nice to have: routine backend development experience as part of end‑to‑end feature development.
