About the role

We are looking for a Spare Parts Salesperson to join our service centre in Jyväskylä. The role combines customer interaction, sales of forestry machine parts and accessories, and comprehensive after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers, handling sales and service of spare parts and accessories for forestry machines.
• Collaborate closely with the maintenance team and machine sales professionals to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Manage inventory, receive stock orders, and dispatch customer orders.
• Process spare‑part requests from the service department and ensure correct product availability.
• Maintain the presentation of Ponsse Collection products in the showroom.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with the ability to recognise customer needs and actively develop sales.
• Experience in technical sales or spare‑parts sales; knowledge of forestry machinery is an advantage.
• Customer‑oriented approach, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Flexibility, willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
