Key Account Manager – Dexcom Diabetes Solutions

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive the success of Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products across the HUS and Varha regions in Finland, supporting patients with Type‑1 and Type‑2 diabetes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong, lasting partnerships with leading diabetes experts (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
• Implement effective sales strategies to promote Dexcom solutions and expand product adoption.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to physicians, nurses, patients, and caregivers on device usage and maintenance.
• Deliver current clinical data and scientific updates to KOLs to foster advocacy.
• Gather insights and feedback to inform commercial strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales in Finland.
• Degree in Nursing or a Business‑related field.
• Strong knowledge of diabetes therapy (Type‑1 and/or Type‑2).
• Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.
• Clean driving licence and willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
