CRM Consultant – Salesforce Focus (Nordic)

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Consultant with a strong interest in Salesforce to join Deloitte Digital’s Nordic team. You will work with leading brands to design, build and implement innovative sales, service and marketing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and define user stories for digital transformation projects.
• Design, configure and test Salesforce solutions, including sales, service and marketing clouds.
• Collaborate with functional specialists and client executives to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Participate in project management activities, client meetings and quality assurance.
• Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• University degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience implementing CRM solutions for sales, marketing or service.
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or ServiceNow.
• Strong interest in developing technical skills on the Salesforce platform.
• Passion for digital solutions and technology.
