Workday Lead Compensation Consultant

About the role

Kainos is hiring a Workday Lead Compensation Consultant in Helsinki. As a lead consultant, you will implement and configure Workday solutions for the company's global customers and act as an expert in your chosen Workday specialist capability. Working as part of a team of consultants, you will manage customer relationships, deliver solutions that meet customer needs and are commercially viable, and mentor and guide your team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers and deliver Workday solutions that are aligned to customer needs and commercially viable
• Provide consulting and guidance to customers, understanding their business
• Mentor and guide team members, share thought leadership and improve specialist knowledge in your capability and the broader Workday community
• Lead large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders and liaise with senior executives
• Take part in sales activities and give input to work estimates
• Travel to customer sites in the same region; minimal out-of-region travel may also be required

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English and Finnish
• Excellent customer focus, able to assess needs, build relationships, manage expectations and resolve escalations
• Strong communication skills, including formal presentations to senior client audiences and at conferences such as Workday Altitude
• Commercial awareness and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
• Able to widen and maintain a network of external contacts
• Nice to have: Workday Compensation certification and 1-2 years' experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
