Technology Specialist – Linux & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Technology Specialist to maintain, operate and develop business‑critical Linux‑based platforms in a high‑security environment. The role combines day‑to‑day operations with automation, virtualization and container technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and develop Red Hat Linux environments and related management platforms such as Red Hat Satellite and Ansible Automation Platform.
• Automate operational tasks with Ansible and continuously improve tools and processes.
• Manage virtualization solutions based on Nutanix and Broadcom VMware technologies.
• Support and develop Certificate Authority services, including ACME protocol usage.
• Work with storage systems, data‑communication networks, monitoring tools (Zabbix, Splunk) and container platforms (Kubernetes, Podman).
• Perform installation, maintenance and other operational tasks at data‑centre facilities and travel to sites when required.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Red Hat Linux operations and related management environments.
• Excellent Ansible skills and ability to apply automation in practical operational work.
• Solid experience with virtualization technologies, especially Nutanix and Broadcom VMware.
• Basic understanding of data‑communications, storage and infrastructure dependencies.
• Interest and readiness to develop into a Certificate Authority specialist and understand the ACME protocol.
• Proactive learning attitude, problem‑solving mindset and willingness to adopt AI tools.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Finnish is an advantage.
