Support & Maintenance Account Manager

About the role

Visy is looking for a Support & Maintenance Account Manager to own customer relationships and service agreements for its gate automation and AI‑based recognition systems. You will act as the commercial face of service, ensuring contracts are up‑to‑date and driving upgrades and extensions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the support and maintenance contract portfolio end‑to‑end, including renewals, pricing and documentation.
• Lead renewal and pricing negotiations, keep terms, pricing and indexation consistent.
• Build regular contact with existing customers, identify system updates, extensions and new modules.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to package aftermarket offerings.
• Maintain account plans, pipeline and activity in HubSpot and hand over opportunities to project sales when needed.

Required profile

• Strong ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
• Comfort with technical products and explaining their value.
• Self‑starter mentality, creating activity rather than processing inbound requests.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, willing to travel occasionally to customer sites.

Required skills

• Experience in B2B account management, service sales or contract management, preferably with recurring‑revenue agreements.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service agreement models, price indexation and renewal cycles.
