Strategy Manager for Finance Reinvention Partner

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Strategy Manager (or Senior Manager) to join its Finance Reinvention Partner team. You will work with leading banks, insurers and pension providers in the Nordics to redesign finance functions, embed AI‑driven automation and deliver regulatory‑compliant transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design finance operating models and shared‑service/GBS structures for banking, insurance and pension organisations.
• Lead finance platform and data transformation projects using SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream or Anaplan.
• Drive regulatory, controls and reporting change across IFRS 17, IFRS 9, Solvency II, Basel/CRR, DORA and the EU AI Act.
• Implement AI, GenAI and agentic automation to create autonomous, audit‑compliant finance processes.
• Develop connected planning, forecasting and performance‑management solutions that replace static budgeting with scenario modelling.
• Support enterprise‑value creation through capital allocation, balance‑sheet optimisation, treasury and post‑M&A finance integration.
• Own client relationships at CFO and Controller level, originate new business and ensure project delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in finance transformation for banking, insurance or pensions.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Hands‑on, results‑driven mindset combined with strategic vision.
• Experience coaching and developing junior consultants.
