About the role
KONE’s Strategy & Transformation unit is driving the company’s long‑term growth and upcoming integration projects. As a Business Analyst Trainee you will join the team to support high‑priority strategic initiatives, turning complex data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured quantitative and qualitative analyses and turn findings into clear recommendations.
- Prepare compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects such as market due diligence, pricing analysis, competitor benchmarking, and integration planning.
Required profile
- University studies close to graduation in finance, business, engineering or a related field with strong academic performance.
- Experience in demanding analytical work (e.g., consulting, private equity, banking, corporate finance).
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, logical reasoning and communication skills, fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in Python, Databricks, Power BI, or Celonis (advantage).
