Social Media Manager (Bilingual) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Social Media Manager to help train AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both Finnish and English, evaluate their performance, and create new conversation scenarios to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide diverse, complex bilingual tasks for AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Measure progress, check correctness, and report performance issues.
• Write original conversation scripts that teach the bots appropriate responses.
• Collaborate remotely with the AI development team to refine model behavior.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Finnish.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
