Senior Affiliate Manager – Dating & Web

About the role

The Senior Affiliate Manager will lead affiliate growth initiatives for a fast‑moving digital dating platform. Based in Finland, you will drive strategic partnerships, uncover new business opportunities, and scale performance‑driven collaborations across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, and networks within the mainstream dating vertical.
• Build and manage a partnership pipeline from outreach through campaign launch and long‑term collaboration.
• Test new traffic sources, scale successful partnerships, and increase sales volume and profitability.
• Oversee the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, communication, development, and coordination with internal teams.
• Collaborate with product, technology, sales, and account management teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offers, traffic sources, and campaign performance to spot growth opportunities.
• Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, LTV, CPA, ROI, payouts, and traffic quality using affiliate tracking data.
• Coordinate tracking setup and resolve technical issues related to attribution, reporting, and conversion discrepancies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development within performance‑driven digital industries.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical thinking.
• Experience working with mainstream dating products or advertisers.
• Ability to build affiliate networks from the ground up and drive profitable growth.
