ServiceNow Solution Architect

About the role

Deloitte Finland is expanding its ServiceNow business and is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join the team in Helsinki. The role takes ownership of solution architecture, advises clients on their platform strategy and contributes to building ServiceNow capabilities in Finland. It covers major implementations, platform modernisation, advisory engagements and Application Management Services, and may involve working inside a client's organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and solution design of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalability, maintainability, security and alignment with platform best practices.
• Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end ServiceNow solution architectures.
• Advise clients on platform strategy, Enterprise Service Management, architecture, governance and technology roadmaps.
• Design solutions across workflows, applications, service portals and digital experiences, covering configuration, application development, data models, security and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to implementation and AMS teams, review solution designs and ensure delivery quality.
• Support platform evolution, governance and continuous improvement, and run architecture workshops, change management and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Nordic and global ServiceNow experts, support pre-sales (estimates and proposals) and explore emerging capabilities such as AI and intelligent automation.

Required profile

• At least five years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including solution design, architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and developing technical practices is valued.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in one or more ServiceNow areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, SPM, App Engine or AI-powered solutions.
• Understanding of application architecture, data models, security, integrations and Enterprise Service Management.
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA), and certifications such as CSA, CAD or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Preferred: experience with portals, employee/customer portals, pre-sales, Application Management Services and ServiceNow AI (Now Assist).
