Senior UX Designer

About the role

Elisa Design is looking for a Senior UX Designer to help create innovative digital consumer services that add real value for millions of customers. You will work in a multicultural, multi‑disciplined team, participating in the full product development cycle from research to testing and final implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Design modern, fresh, and brand‑aligned experiences for Elisa’s self‑service channels across web and mobile platforms.
• Gather deep customer insights, translate findings into design concepts, and communicate them to internal stakeholders.
• Lead end‑to‑end design projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and alignment with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other cross‑functional teams to bring designs to life.
• Present designs clearly, defend decisions, and integrate solutions into existing systems and processes.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional design experience with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered design work.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a data‑driven, user‑centric mindset.
• Curiosity about user behavior and the ability to anticipate needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and other visual design tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools used in the design process.
• Understanding of accessibility standards in digital design.
