About the role
As the first designer at Focus Tiger, you will shape the look and feel of the product and ship the UI yourself as working code. You will own the UI from concept through launch, iterating based on user feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces using AI‑assisted coding tools.
- Handle states, edge cases, error screens, and responsive layouts.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO, CPO and Product Engineer on product decisions.
- Gather user feedback, test ideas with customers, and refine the experience.
Required profile
- At least two years of professional experience designing or building digital products.
- Comfortable building UI with AI coding tools and eager to improve quickly.
- Strong sense of ownership: can take ambiguous problems and move them forward without a detailed spec.

What we offer
- Salary €3,000–5,000 per month gross, depending on experience.
- Potential stock options.
- Full‑time hybrid work (one to two days a week onsite at Maria01 Startup Hub).
