Senior Media Specialist - Paid Search Competence Lead

About the role

The Search team at dentsu Finland is looking for an experienced Senior Media Specialist in Paid Search with a consultative mindset. You will lead major client accounts, set strategy, turn insights into clear recommendations, delegate tasks and monitor deadlines, while supporting pitches, training juniors and helping improve the team's way of working.

Key responsibilities

• Develop multi-market Paid Search strategies, set objectives and KPIs, and monitor results against targets
• Identify client needs and optimization opportunities, prepare proposals and support pitches
• Deliver client presentations and guide the implementation of optimizations
• Delegate tasks and supervise more junior team members
• Analyze results, assist with internal innovative projects and share knowledge internally and externally

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Passion for Search, proactive, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Persuasive communicator in Finnish and English, strong project management and time management
• Curious, eager to learn and ambitious

Required skills

• Google Ads: hands-on planning, setup, management and optimization of paid search campaigns
• Microsoft Advertising / Bing: managing and optimizing campaigns
• Apple Search Ads: planning, managing and optimizing app advertising campaigns
• Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization
• Interest in OpenAI / ChatGPT advertising and integrating Google Ads AI with other AI platforms
