Marketing Student Worker (Trainee)

About the role

GSK is looking for two students in their final year of study or recent graduates to join its commercial teams in Helsinki as a 12-month fixed-term Marketing Student Worker (trainee). The role supports event coordination, content creation and marketing initiatives, and helps commercial teams. It is 15+ hours per week, with flexibility up to full-time (37.5 hours), and runs until the end of 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Brand Manager and/or Digital Specialist in localising marketing campaigns
• Coordinate translation and localisation of global assets and ensure timely, accurate execution
• Help evaluate and optimise the digital strategy across channels, customers and consumer offerings
• Initiate and track the copy approval process for materials in the responsible market
• Plan and run educational events for Health Care Professionals in a flexible virtual/hybrid setting
• Analyse results using relevant data and analytics
• Provide administrative support to commercial teams, such as purchase orders and invoicing, HCP and vendor contracts, budget tracking and keeping internal systems and records up to date

Required profile

• Studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject, or a recent graduate
• Fluent Finnish and English, spoken and written, able to communicate with end users and technical resources
• A strong desire to contribute to the business and to patients

Preferred qualifications

• Independent, proactive work style and attention to detail
• Project management experience
• Team experience and ability to drive priorities with stakeholders
• Brand/product management experience
• Pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector experience, and knowledge of pharmaceutical promotion rules
