Senior Management Consulting & Advisory Consultant

About the role

Midagon Group is seeking experienced senior consultants to lead high‑impact management consulting and advisory projects across the Nordics. You will work with top‑level business and technology leaders, helping them design, implement and mature operating models, optimize sourcing, and drive transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex advisory engagements for clients in banking, insurance, finance and other sectors.
• Design and implement operating models, sourcing strategies, and cost‑optimization programs.
• Support M&A, carve‑outs, integrations and data/enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable plans.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to Midagon’s practice development.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience driving complex change initiatives.
• Strong background in consultancy or advisory work.
• Ability to build long‑lasting, trust‑based client relationships.
• Commercial mindset with curiosity about emerging technologies such as AI.
• Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Master’s degree, preferably in economics, business or engineering.
