Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Finance Analyst to develop the next generation of financial and business analytics for a fast‑growing Finnish unicorn. You will work with large, complex datasets, turn them into commercially relevant insights, and present those insights directly to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial and business reporting that supports real decision making, including management and Board reporting, KPI development, forecasting, scenario analysis and automation.
• Extract and combine financial and operational data from multiple systems, build analyses from source data and explain the meaning of the numbers.
• Help shape the use of AI, automation and modern analytics tools in finance and management reporting.

Required profile

• Strong experience in financial or business analytics with solid understanding of revenue, margins, cost structures, profitability, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
• Hands‑on ability to build, test, investigate and solve problems independently.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills to discuss data models with technical teams and present findings to CEOs, CFOs or Board members.
