Production Process Operator – Cleanroom (Espoo)

About the role

AMETEK Finland is looking for a motivated Production Process Operator to join its cleanroom team in Espoo. You will help produce radiation detectors and other high‑precision products, ensuring on‑time delivery and top‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production lines for radiation detectors and related products.
• Handle and store process data for quality‑control purposes.
• Process engineering lots and development‑project batches.
• Assist in documentation and maintenance of production processes.
• Identify issues and improvement opportunities together with engineering colleagues.
• Meet production and on‑time delivery targets to support customer demand.

Required profile

• Willingness and ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision‑making and work quality.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, disciplined work style.
• Good manual dexterity for hands‑on manufacturing tasks.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse team environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Availability for a two‑shift schedule and willingness to undergo substance testing and a background check.
