Product Design Lead

About the role

F‑Secure is seeking a Product Design Lead to own the experience of a key B2B2C security‑as‑care product delivered through partner channels. This craft‑forward leadership role sets the experiential vision, builds conviction across design, product and engineering, and safeguards the journey against partner constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product experience vision across activation, engagement, trust‑building and retention phases in a partner‑mediated context.
• Lead cross‑disciplinary design teams (design, research, motion, content) and collaborate with product management and engineering to ship the product.
• Instrument the product to surface friction points, analyse education, trust and engagement gaps, and optimise the journey.
• Balance partner‑imposed constraints with emotional and experiential integrity, protecting the core journey.
• Operate AI‑native by default, leveraging AI throughout the design process as a core capability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product design on consumer or B2B2C products with a portfolio showing high craft ambition and systems‑level thinking.
• Ability to articulate and defend a design vision to design teams, engineering, product management, senior leadership and external partners.
• Strong grasp of measuring and evaluating experience quality, not just shipping designs.
• Comfort working in partner‑mediated product contexts with non‑negotiable constraints.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools and AI‑native design processes (e.g., Claude, Claude Code).
