Process Manager Debt Collection (m/f/d)

About the role

Riverty, a payment service provider within the Bertelsmann group, is looking for a Process Manager Debt Collection (m/f/d) for its Turku location. The role ensures that debt collection operations run efficiently, profitably and competitively, with a direct impact on the company's performance, revenue and profitability. It is an unlimited, full-time position with flexible working conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure seamless integration of all processes, aligned with industry best practices.
• Analyse and measure the effectiveness of current product and customer operations processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that boost productivity and effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional product teams to improve the customer experience.
• Evaluate overall performance through operational KPIs and implement action plans based on the findings.
• Provide analytical support across process strategies.

Required profile

• Experienced and goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• 5+ years of experience in the debt collection process in Finland.
• Academic background in a relevant area or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in Finnish and English is essential.

Required skills

• Project management experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong prioritisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
