Financial Controller

About the role

Cadmatic is seeking a Financial Controller to join its global Accounting and Compliance team. Based in Turku with a hybrid working model, you will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance for subsidiaries in selected countries.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial tasks for legal entities in the region.
• Coordinate with external accounting partners to ensure adherence to Cadmatic group accounting standards and reporting timelines.
• Manage official documentation for the administration of assigned legal entities.
• Act as the primary contact for local auditors and provide required audit materials.
• Plan and manage cash flows and participate in process development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and statutory reporting, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
