PMO Manager

About the role

ICEYE is looking for a PMO Manager to bring clarity, speed, and structure to its high‑value Mission programmes. Based in Espoo, you will work in a hybrid setting, supporting the delivery of multi‑million‑euro contracts that directly impact the company’s revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity in PMO tools to enable portfolio health tracking, risk escalation and reporting.
• Design and launch 2–3 internal operating rhythms or workflows that improve coordination across Product, Engineering, Manufacturing and Program teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements to increase the effectiveness and reliability of program delivery.
• Partner with functional leaders as the go‑to PMO contact for complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Increase execution clarity and predictability, measured by milestone readiness and risk visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading PMO or project‑management functions in a fast‑growing, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex programmes into clear, repeatable processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust with senior functional leaders.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of structure and speed, with a builder‑operator mindset.

• Proficiency with PMO tooling and data‑driven reporting.
• Experience in risk management and milestone tracking.
