Order Delivery Coordinator

About the role

Sandvik's Underground Drilling division is looking for two Order Delivery Coordinators to strengthen its Order Desk team in Tampere. The positions are temporary until the end of December 2027 and cover the end-to-end order and delivery process, from customer order management to outbound logistics and international deliveries. The balance of responsibilities varies according to experience, strengths and team needs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders for mining and tunnelling equipment and components, validating commercial and technical information and ensuring accurate order handling.
• Plan and coordinate global transportation of equipment and components, evaluate transport alternatives and choose solutions based on customer, delivery and commercial requirements.
• Prepare export documentation and invoices in line with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, support the global sales organisation and work closely with production planning, the packing department and other supply chain functions.

Required profile

• Educational background in business, supply chain management, logistics or another relevant field, with a good understanding of international trade.
• Preferred: experience in order-to-delivery, order management and/or logistics processes.
• Fluent Finnish and English, written and spoken.
• Good collaboration and organisational skills, customer-oriented and proactive approach, able to manage several tasks and priorities, and able to work independently and make decisions.

Required skills

• Advantageous: experience in customer order handling, delivery, export documentation, invoicing, customs processes, transportation or freight coordination.
