About the role

Join Northern Lights Village in Levi as a Night Receptionist, providing warm and personalized service to an international clientele during the winter season. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information on local attractions and activities.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and adjacent common spaces.
• Prepare reports and assist with basic accounting audits.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a hotel receptionist role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Professional demeanor and friendly attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of property management systems.
