Marketing Student – Cardiometabolic Health

About the role

Eli Lilly Finland is looking for a Marketing Student for its Cardiometabolic Health team, reporting to the Brand Lead. The position is office-based in Helsinki, fixed term for 12 months, and suits a student wanting insight into marketing in the pharmaceutical industry. The role is full-time preferred, part-time considered, with a preferred start on or before 1 December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Adjust global campaigns and materials to local requirements
• Develop and update presentations for healthcare professionals
• Produce marketing materials on Lilly medicines for Account Managers
• Incorporate clinical trial results into marketing materials
• Support digital activities
• Contribute to discussions with your own perspective

Required profile

• Final year of a bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a master's in health science or business (e.g. pharmacy, molecular biomedicine, biotechnology, medicine)
• Strong English; Finnish and Swedish are a plus
• Knowledge of strategic marketing and communications
• Ability to work independently, prioritize work and manage several projects
• Detail-oriented, reliable and able to share ideas for process improvement

Required skills

• Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of graphic or online platforms is a plus
