Brand Manager - FMCG / Consumer Healthcare

About the role

Beiersdorf Oy is looking for a brand manager in Turku, Finland. The role develops and executes local brand strategies aligned with Nordic and global objectives, leads annual brand planning and owns media, PR and influencer strategies. Regular travel to the Gothenburg office is required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local brand strategies aligned with Nordic and global objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share, brand equity and profitability.
• Lead annual brand planning, budgeting and investment recommendations.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity.
• Build business cases for product launches, portfolio development and growth initiatives.
• Lead local innovation and product launches from concept through to evaluation.
• Own media, PR and influencer strategies, ensuring strong return on investment.
• Manage external agencies and collaborate with cross-functional Nordic and global teams.
• Track business performance and give data-driven recommendations to optimise results.

Required profile

• Experience in brand management, category management or a similar commercial marketing role.
• FMCG experience preferred; consumer healthcare, beauty, skincare, pharmaceutical or medical device experience also highly valued.
• Proven ability to drive brand growth and manage budgets and business cases.
• Experience working with media, PR and influencer agencies.
• Fluent Finnish and English are essential; Swedish is advantageous.
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field preferred.
