Market Analyst – Pharmaceutical Data & Sales Insights

About the role

We are looking for a Market Analyst to join our team in Otaniemi, Espoo. You will be responsible for gathering, processing and interpreting market and sales data to support strategic decisions in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organise market and sales data from internal and external sources.
• Process, analyse and review the data to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare presentations and reports that communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Act as the local administrator for the CRM and internal educational systems.
• Participate in hospital and dose‑dispensing business activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in market analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage priorities and adapt to change.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with word‑processing, spreadsheets and database applications.
• Experience with CRM administration.
