Lifecycle Engineer

About the role

Sandvik is seeking a Lifecycle Engineer to support its global service and aftermarket operations for attachment tools and screens & feeders. Based in Lahti, Finland, you will combine technical support, design work, and documentation creation to ensure reliable product performance for mining and construction customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for worldwide service and aftermarket business.
• Perform mechanical design tasks using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Prepare service operation guidelines and training documentation.
• Develop and verify analytical solutions with modern computational tools, including on‑site customer visits.
• Collaborate closely with product design, service, manufacturing, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant technical education (DI or engineering degree).
• Several years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency with MS‑Office tools.
• Self‑motivated, cooperative, and service‑oriented.
• Good command of English and willingness to travel.
