About the role

The Keyholder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering store targets and ensuring the shop remains attractive and welcoming for customers. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a bright, energetic retail environment and has a passion for fashion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving daily and weekly sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Open and close the store, handling keys and cash safely.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with shoppers.
• Support team members during busy periods.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Enthusiastic about fashion and retail trends.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
