Junior Foreman

About the role

Crown, a leading building envelope contractor, is seeking a motivated Junior Foreman to support roofing, cladding and façade projects across multiple sites in Finland. Working under the Site Manager, you will gain hands‑on supervisory experience while contributing to safe, high‑quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with day‑to‑day supervision of installation works.
• Support planning and coordination of labour resources.
• Monitor progress, report updates and maintain accurate site records.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and promote a positive safety culture.
• Conduct site inductions and verify operatives meet site requirements.
• Coordinate deliveries and verify material availability.
• Perform quality inspections, report defects and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate efficient delivery.
• Support programme delivery and daily site coordination.

Required profile

• Motivated, organised and eager to build a long‑term career in site management.
• Previous construction experience, preferably in roofing, cladding, façades or building envelope.
• Understanding of construction health & safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Full driving licence and willingness to work on a rotational basis across Finland.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
