Project Manager

About the role

Ardmac is recruiting Project Managers for data‑centre fit‑out projects across the EU, including Finland. You will lead project teams, overseeing design and supply‑chain activities to deliver safe, high‑quality projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to estimates and tenders after site visits and review them with the operations team.
• Plan and programme work, identifying value‑engineering opportunities before and after contract award.
• Ensure compliance with Ardmac’s “Safety First” principles and all statutory health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Develop and monitor contract budgets, margins and financial performance in partnership with the profit‑centre surveyor.
• Manage procurement, sub‑contractor and supplier orders in line with programme schedules and authority limits.
• Recruit, manage and coordinate site personnel while maintaining professional relationships with clients, designers and the supply chain.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, technologies and pharmaceutical‑environment standards (advantageous).
• Experience in commercial strategy, profit optimisation and cash‑flow management.
• Proficiency in subcontractor/material ordering, procurement processes and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring health, safety and quality best practices.
• Familiarity with contract administration and amendment handling.
