ICT Support – Service Desk (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join ALM Partners' Service Desk team to provide internal IT support on a fixed‑term basis covering parental leave. You will help improve technology usability for employees and test new solutions before they are rolled out.

Key responsibilities

• Provide internal IT support and Service Desk services for employees.
• Manage and support end‑user devices, software, and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Microsoft 365, Azure and other platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal ICT services.
• Participate in implementing and testing new technologies before deployment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT support or end‑user device management.
• Ability to document work and communicate effectively in both Finnish and English.
• Self‑driven, reliable, proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Interest in developing skills and taking on increasing responsibility in customer‑facing support.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Azure cloud platform, especially identity and access management.
• Familiarity with Atlassian product suite.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ‑900, AI‑900, SC‑900, AZ‑104) – optional.
