Human Resources Services Specialist – Finnish Speaker

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join FedEx’s HR team as a Human Resources Services Specialist. In this role you will help shape HR practices, support managers in recruitment, and ensure compliance with local regulations while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR knowledge of local regulations, company principles, processes, tools and best practices.
• Support FedEx managers in talent recruitment and selection.
• Implement and ensure ongoing compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Act as mediator and advisor in individual and collective employer disputes to promote an effective working environment.
• Identify issues or opportunities and develop recommendations for HR management.
• Participate in the development of HR systems that enable effective information management and decision‑making.
• Support HR and business initiatives that drive change and transformation.

Required profile

• HR degree or relevant local qualification.
• Broad knowledge and experience in employee/labour relations.
• Solid experience in HR processes, preferably within a large fast‑paced organization.
• Exceptional influencing skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Good judgement and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize a busy workload.
