Head of Data & Analytics

About the role

As Head of Data & Analytics you will shape how 3stepIT leverages data to drive performance and decision‑making across all markets. You will lead the development of global data capabilities, governance, reporting, automation and AI initiatives while fostering a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data & Analytics function, establishing a unified approach to data, analytics, governance and business intelligence.
• Own the data roadmap, prioritize initiatives and ensure delivery of data and reporting solutions.
• Establish data governance, ownership models and best practices to maximise data value.
• Partner with IT to design scalable data architecture and implement user‑friendly analytics tools.
• Coach data professionals and business stakeholders to build a strong data‑driven culture.
• Deliver insights, reporting and performance analytics to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive AI adoption and contribute to the company’s AI strategy.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics, including strategy implementation and delivering measurable business value.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional, multi‑country initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, AI and modern analytics tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus.
