Global Process Analyst, Finance (AR & Treasury)

About the role

Konecranes is looking for a Global Process Analyst, Finance to join its Finance Transformation organisation, based in Hyvinkää / Espoo with regular attendance at the Hyvinkää HQ (candidates in Finland are prioritised). The team develops Konecranes' global finance and controlling processes, and this position focuses on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Treasury. You will work as a Product Owner in an Agile Scrum team, supporting the Finance Global Process Owner for AR and Treasury.

Key responsibilities

• Provide finance process guidance and drive harmonisation and continuous improvement together with the Finance Global Process Owner.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to identify, collect and document requirements.
• Identify, test and document solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
• Provide process and SAP user training, create end-user instructions and support business users.
• Lead or support projects and smaller development initiatives as a Finance representative, and act as project manager for development projects depending on the initiative.
• Connect business end-users, Global Process Owners and IT to turn business needs into process and system improvements.

Required profile

• A relevant academic degree in economics, finance or accounting.
• Previous experience in accounting and finance process development.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, especially Finance modules, and MS Excel.
• Advantages: project environment experience, experience with TIS, CoProcess, Power BI or Jira, and Agile Scrum experience.
• Curious, proactive, responsible, collaborative and adaptable, with good organisational skills.
