Controller – Marketing & On Trade

About the role

Red Bull is looking for an analytical, energetic and business-oriented Controller to lead the financial management of its Marketing and On Trade department. You will manage your area's figures holistically, provide timely data, analyses and insights for business decisions and actively support budget holders. You report to the head of Controlling and work within a six-person Finance team, reporting in person at the office with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Control marketing and On Trade costs, prepare monthly and annual reports and reconcile figures with the accounting team
• Analyse cost drivers, customers and other key drivers, and build simulations, business cases and ad hoc analyses
• Budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and long-term planning, supporting investment returns and future initiatives
• Actively challenge budget holders and help improve processes and commercial decision-making
• Ensure quality of project and master data in SAP, keep reporting tools up to date and improve the reliability of financial information
• Follow Group Controlling guidelines, statutory requirements and internal rules, and develop finance processes

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability, fast, sharp and well organised, able to draw clear conclusions from numbers
• Service-minded, collaborative and able to work independently under pressure
• Fluent Finnish and English, working with international colleagues

Required skills

• Strong accounting knowledge and excellent Excel skills
• SAP, SAP BI, HFM and other systems are an advantage
