Finnish‑Speaking Sales Specialist – Service Business Solutions

About the role

SmartPulse is looking for a Finnish‑speaking Sales Specialist to join its growing team in Helsinki. This full‑time hybrid position focuses on generating qualified leads and supporting the sales pipeline for the company’s customer‑capture platform serving service‑oriented businesses such as plumbers, HVAC firms and electricians.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails and social outreach.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the senior sales team.
• Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with business‑development and marketing teams to optimise outreach campaigns.
• Communicate the value proposition of SmartPulse’s platform in both Finnish and English.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales, business development or lead generation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Understanding of service‑focused industries (e.g., plumbing, HVAC) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
