Electronics & RF Test Team Lead

About the role

ICEYE is looking for an Electronics & RF Test Team Lead to drive the qualification and validation of next‑generation satellite systems. Based in Espoo, Finland, you will guide a specialised team that designs test jigs, builds test setups and prepares production documentation for our SAR satellite constellation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor the Electronics and RF Test Team, aligning tasks with OKRs.
• Conduct trade studies, design reviews and produce verification and qualification documentation.
• Ensure smooth product delivery from concept through qualification, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support integration, validation and issue resolution across projects.
• Report progress, risks and key metrics to senior management and program owners.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in team leadership or technical lead roles.
• Hands‑on background with complex machine assembly, testing and R&D projects.
• Track record of moving products from prototype to serial manufacturing.
• Experience in aerospace or satellite hardware is a plus.
