Customer Service Specialist – E‑commerce

About the role

Gymnation is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its fast‑growing e‑commerce and B2B team in Helsinki. You will be the main point of contact for customers across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless experience while supporting daily operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone.
• Manage order processing, coordinate shipments with the warehouse, and handle returns and exchanges.
• Process product claims, warranty cases, and B2B invoicing, including custom logo projects.
• Support events, product launches, and other operational activities as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks to help the business scale.

Required profile

• Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Hands‑on mindset, willing to tackle tasks of any size.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑growing environment.
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English; additional languages are a plus.
