About the role
Join Instabee’s fast‑growing customer care team in Helsinki. As a full‑time Customer Service Representative you will be the face of the company, ensuring high satisfaction for millions of European consumers using Budbee, Instabox and Porterbuddy services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to consumer inquiries via chat, email and phone, providing accurate information and support.
- Monitor Budbee drivers’ schedules and assist them during routes to guarantee smooth deliveries.
- Handle complex or challenging contacts, escalating when necessary while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Apply problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to resolve issues quickly.
Required profile
- Fluent Finnish and English communication skills.
- Strong motivation, a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work 38.25 hours per week, including evenings and occasional Saturdays.
- Ability to work onsite in Helsinki’s city centre.
