Customer Operations Specialist

About the role

New Balance is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, resolve issues and support daily business operations across the EMEA region. The role works closely with sales, finance, logistics and key customers to ensure seamless end‑to‑end service and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers with customer updates and day‑to‑day operational support.
• Manage customer orders, deliveries, returns and related issues, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
• Maintain customer‑specific documentation and product information, adhering to agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and customers to meet requirements, complete deliveries on time and resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor order status, inventory availability and delivery performance, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Relevant education in sales, administration or business.
• At least 2 years of B2B experience in customer service, customer operations or a similar commercial role.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; additional Baltic language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with EDI processes.
• Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
