Creative Designer

About the role

Sofigate, a leading business technology company in the Nordics, is looking for a Creative Designer to join its Marketing & Communications team. You will work on a wide range of creative projects, taking them from brief to finished design, and help rethink how design is produced and scaled across the organisation. Depending on your experience, you may also develop the company's visual brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Digital design: social media templates, campaign visuals, banners, website assets and digital channel content
• Publications and marketing materials: guides, whitepapers, flyers, one-pagers and other sales and marketing collateral
• Presentations: PowerPoint templates, presentations and infographics
• Events: visual identities and materials for screens, stands, signage and outdoor advertising
• Brand: develop and maintain visual identity, brand guidelines and design assets
• New ways of working: build reusable templates, design systems and use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to speed up visual production

Required profile

• Several years of experience in graphic and visual design, preferably in-house
• Experience in consulting, technology or professional services and B2B marketing
• Strong visual eye and good understanding of typography, composition, imagery and brand identity
• Fluent Finnish and English, and a relevant graphic design education
• Organised, solution-oriented, able to manage several projects and deadlines, and comfortable in a hybrid setting with several days at the Helsinki office

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Figma, Canva and PowerPoint
• Presentation design and experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
• Video production, editing, photography or animation is a big plus
