Corporate Brand & Reputation Manager

About the role

Orion Pharma is seeking a brand professional who enjoys shaping strategic direction while bringing ideas to life. The Corporate Brand & Reputation Manager will define, express, and activate Orion’s corporate brand across global audiences, markets, and channels, working closely with the Corporate Communications, Brand & Public Affairs team.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and evolution of corporate brand positioning, narrative, and messaging.
• Translate company strategy into clear, actionable brand plans and ensure alignment with therapy‑area brands.
• Develop guidelines, toolkits, and frameworks to support consistent brand use across markets.
• Drive execution of brand initiatives, campaigns, and content across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and refine brand assets.
• Use data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to optimise messaging and campaign performance.
• Act as a connector across functions, ensuring global‑to‑local brand consistency and supporting integrated planning.

Required profile

• Brand professional with a passion for both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
• Experience shaping corporate brand identity and reputation in a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with business divisions, markets, and external agencies.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable incorporating insights into brand decisions.
