About the role
We are looking for a permanent, full‑time CNC turning operator to work in a machine shop in Tampere. You will join a skilled team and operate automatic turning equipment for a variety of small parts.
Key responsibilities
- Operate automatic CNC turning machines to produce small components such as shafts, hubs, nuts, thread inserts, pins, flanges, studs and rivets.
- Set up and adjust machines for each job, ensuring correct dimensions and tolerances.
- Maintain quality standards and perform inspections of finished parts.
Required profile
- Experience with automatic CNC turning in a workshop environment.
- Proficiency with Mazak turning centres and Fanuc control systems.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
