About the role

StaffMill Oy is recruiting a professional CNC lathe operator for a permanent, full‑time position in Siikajoki. You will work on Mazak and Mori turning centres, producing industrial components according to technical drawings.

Key responsibilities

Operate Mazak and Mori CNC turning centres to manufacture components.
Ensure high‑quality, precise machining that meets drawing specifications, dimensions and tolerances.

Required profile

Several years of experience in CNC turning.
Ability to read technical drawings and interpret tolerances.
Self‑motivated, independent work approach.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

CNC machining
CNC programming
Experience with Mazak turning centres
Experience with Mori turning centres
Technical drawing interpretation
