Capital Markets Consultant (Finland)

About the role

Accenture’s Banking & Capital Markets Technology Unit is seeking a Capital Markets Consultant to join its Finnish team. You will act as a senior advisor, guiding banking clients through technology adoption and transformation initiatives while collaborating with cross‑border, multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Align client technology initiatives with business goals and processes.
• Provide problem‑solving, analysis, and business expertise on capital‑markets projects.
• Serve as the Capital Markets subject‑matter expert within Accenture’s industry group.
• Participate in or lead sales and thought‑leadership activities for the sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a technical or business school.
• 2‑5 years of experience in the capital‑markets domain (e.g., wealth management, asset management, life insurance).
• Experience delivering technology initiatives and projects.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of end‑to‑end capital‑markets processes across asset classes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Resident in Finland.
