Account Manager – Corporate

About the role

As an Account Manager – Corporate you will develop and grow a portfolio of corporate customers across Finland, building trusted relationships and delivering value through SoftwareOne’s software, cloud, ITAM, FinOps, security, data, AI and professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate customers, focusing on strategic relationships and new opportunities.
• Drive cross‑sell and upsell of SoftwareOne solutions and coordinate specialist resources to support complex sales cycles.
• Lead account planning, develop growth strategies aligned with customer objectives, and stay informed on market and technology trends.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or account management experience in the IT industry, handling medium‑size to enterprise customers.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into measurable business value.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills, and fluency in English and Finnish.

Required skills

• Understanding of cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of software licensing and IT asset management.
• Familiarity with FinOps, security, data and AI concepts.
